Briana founded Sculptrix in 2026 with Padraic and Jennifer Doyle to build the kind of intelligence layer that none of us could buy: one that sits above an aesthetic practice's existing tools and surfaces the moments between visits where revenue, retention, and patient experience quietly leak.

Day to day, Briana runs the company — sets the product direction with the team, makes the architecture calls, leads client work, writes the words you're reading. She works closely with Padraic on go-to-market and with Jennifer on customer success — three operators, one shared roadmap. Based in Belle Isle, Florida.

Padraic is co-founder and CEO of InspectPoint, a Mainsail Partners portfolio company that grew into the category-defining software platform for the fire-and-life-safety inspection industry. He brings the operator perspective that sees architectural decisions before they become problems — vendor strategy, go-to-market discipline, the structural pieces that make a services-with-software company scalable.

At Sculptrix, Padraic chairs the strategic direction and brings a builder's instinct to every decision that affects long-term defensibility.

Jennifer Doyle

Jennifer is co-founder and Chief Customer Officer of InspectPoint. She has spent more than a decade building the customer-success function for a category-defining software platform — the operational discipline that turns onboarding into retention, retention into expansion, and expansion into the compounding revenue that makes the unit economics work.

At Sculptrix, Jennifer brings the customer-success operator's eye to every part of the platform that touches a paying practice — onboarding flow, engagement signal design, the moments where churn risk shows up early.
