Who actually runs the audit?

Briana O'Brien, founder, runs every scorecard personally — for now. The discovery, the walk-through, and the deliverable all come from one person who has seen the inside of dozens of aesthetic practices. As we grow, that work will be supported by a small senior team. Not by an AI agent.

Do you need access to my PMS?

No PMS access is required for the audit. We walk through your stack on a screenshare, ask discovery questions, and review what's exposed in your reports. If you'd like a deeper look — and you have admin access to share — we can go further.

How long does it take?

A 60-minute discovery call with you, then 4–6 hours of internal work. Most scorecards are delivered within five business days of the call.

What's actually in the scorecard?

A branded micro-site, hosted on your own subdomain, with every gap quantified, sourced, and footnoted. Three routes to close it — including a do-it-yourself path. Estimated annual recovery for each route. You can hand it to your team or your investor and it tells the same story.

What if I don't want to hire you after?

You keep the scorecard. Walk away with it. Use it however you want — including handing it to your existing team or another vendor. The $500 only converts to credit if you move forward with us.

What if I'm not in aesthetics?

Sculptrix is built specifically for aesthetic practices — med spas, dermatology, plastic surgery, hair restoration, wellness/IV. The scorecard methodology is most accurate inside this category.
